Peter Nowick, Jr. - CEO - Mr. Nowick is a graduate of Washington and Lee University and has been active in the insurance industry since 1973. He holds a license for Property & Casualty, Life & Health, Series 6 and Series 63. Mr. Nowick is the owner of The Three Village Bennett Agency and has established a steady, long-term relationship with the insurance carriers that the agency represents.

Mr. Nowick is very active in the community. He was the former President and is a current member of the Smithtown Rotary, the Smithtown Chamber of Commerce and the Saint James Chamber of Commerce and the Long Island Museums at Stony Brook. He is also a trustee for the Harbor Country Day School. Mr. Nowick is a member of the Suffolk County Police Reserves and was appointed by the Suffolk County Executive to serve on the Suffolk Tercentenary Committee that organized the 300th Birthday of the County of Suffolk, Long Island, NY.

Mr. Nowick served on the Producer panel for the Royal Insurance Company and is well respected throughout the insurance industry

Virginia A McGrath. - President - attendee of Arizona State and a Hofstra University graduate began her Insurance career at the Three Village Bennett Agency with original owner Watson L. Bennett in 1981. She has served on the CNA Pacer Panel, North Star Producer Committee as well as chaired the Encompass Northstar Advisory Panel for the past seven years and is currently on the products advisory panel for Met Life Insurance Company. Mrs. McGrath is a member of the Port Jefferson Chamber, Three Village Chamber of Commerce, member of Stony Brook Museums, and is active in the Community..
